Corby is the first British-born dog to become a Champion/OTCH
in the U.S. He has been a very "special" dog from the start.
He placed in every novice class he was entered in, earning a perfect 200
score along the way! The CDX and UD followed rather quickly. Between
those titles he also earned his breed Championship.
Corby is the dog who really wants to train and show.
It is a lot of fun to work him, as he wants to please you so much.
The OTCH seemed pretty easy but the UDX took a little
longer. Accumulating many High in Trials and High Combined awards along
the way he has ranked in the Delaney and First and Foremost systems and
was in the top 25 all breed OTCH points for the last two years. He has
also earned invites to the AKC Invitational Show for the past two years.
At these shows he made it to the final rounds both years. Missing
placing in the top four this last year by ½ point. He has been invited
again this year. So we will go in June of 2000. |
